Meet The Owner

JOSH ROCK DOVE.jpeg

Meet Joshua Dreisacker the owner and operator of Wildlife Remedies LLC.  He is a

licensed trapper in the State of New York and has been trapping wildlife for most of his life.  He first started trapping with his father when he was a young kid and worked withhis “parent” company Westchester Wildlife for many years.  Wildlife Remedies LLC has

been in operations since 2013, serving the vast majority of the Westchester County

area and beyond. He has serviced hundreds of homes in Westchester and solved many

of their animal issues.

Wildlife Remedies offers a wide variety of services many of which are different from

other companies. For instance, live mouse trapping.  When it comes to removing

wildlife, he prefers taking the most humane approach, avoiding poisons and lethal

measures whenever possible.  Joshua is actively pursuing his certification license for

wildlife rehabilitation.

Joshua’s 30 years of experience has enabled him to quickly identify the issues

homeowners can face when it comes to animal intrusion. “You really have to put your

feet in an animals shoes, every animal is unique and has its own set of eating and

nesting habits.” Customer satisfaction and solving the wildlife issue is his priority. Josh

actively listens to each customers unique animal problem and finds the right solution to

make everyone happy.

Even today he is surprised as every wildlife situation is unique and to this

day he encounters surprises. “Just when you think you know a critter, he laughs, they

go and do something unexpected.”

Fun fact: When asked  “What is the craziest animal experience you’ve come across,” he

replies, “Oh, that time I ended up on the cover of the Journal News because a baby

alligator was swimming in a pond in Chappaqua, New York.
